Shipping & Returns
How your order is shipped
Shipping fees are applied as follows:
- Standard domestic shipping: €22.00 + 22% VAT
- Telephone pre-notification (on request): additional €3.00 + 22% VAT
- Goods are delivered kerbside, at street level.
- Shipments are handled by an express courier under standard Italian carrier terms.
- Ago Sport assumes transport risk from our warehouse to delivery (damage, theft or loss).
- A surcharge applies for delivery to minor islands and remote locations and will be communicated by email.
- International EU shipments are quoted on request — please contact us for trade pricing.
Goods integrity at delivery
On delivery please check the condition of the packaging, the number of parcels and any signs of tampering.
If a parcel is not perfectly intact, accept it with reservation and write on the delivery note (DDT) "RITIRATO CON RISERVA – IMBALLO DANNEGGIATO" ("Accepted with reservation — damaged packaging"). If multiple parcels, specify the size of the damaged one. Then check the contents; if items are damaged, contact us immediately by fax (+39 02 2576780) or email (amministrazione@agosport.it). We will arrange collection and replacement.
If a parcel is severely damaged or visibly tampered with, please refuse the delivery and write on the DDT "MERCE RIFIUTATA – IMBALLO DANNEGGIATO" ("Goods refused — damaged packaging"). Notify us immediately by fax or email so we can arrange collection and replacement. Failure to follow these procedures may invalidate damage claims.
