PROTECTION OF MINORS
Purchases on tuttotennis.eu are reserved for adults. By placing an order, the buyer declares to be of legal age.
ORDERING
Orders are confirmed by email after receipt and stock check. Delivery times indicated on the product pages are estimates and may vary based on actual stock and shipping conditions.
WARRANTY
All items carry the legal commercial warranty applicable in the European Union (24 months for consumer purchases, 12 months for B2B). Manufacturing defects are covered; damage from misuse, normal wear or improper installation is not covered.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers (B2C) may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, in line with Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005). The right does not apply to B2B purchases or made-to-order items. Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging at the buyer's expense.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes are submitted to the courts of Milan, Italy.
